Subject: Consideration of a Conditional Use Permit for a Real Estate and Financial
Services Office
The Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert considered your request and took the
following action at its regular meeting of June 16, 2020:
Waived further reading and adopted Planning Commission Resolution No.
2778, approving Case No. CUP 20-0006, subject to the conditions of approval.
The motion carried by a 4-0 vote, with Commissioner Pradetto ABSENT.
Enclosed for your records is a fully executed copy of Resolution No. 2778. Any appeal of the
above action may be made in writing to the City Clerk, City of Palm Desert, within fifteen (15)
days of the date of the decision.
