NON-AGENDA PUBLIC COMMENTS — An opportunity for the public to speak on issues that are not on the agenda for a maximum of three minutes per speaker. REQUEST FOR APPROVAL to accept the off-site improvements for Parcel Map 22794 and release the subdivision improvement agreement (Prime Residential, LLC, and New Cities Investment Partners, Applicants) (CC). CONSENT ITEM HELD OVER ACTION CALENDAR 8. REQUEST FOR DIRECTION OF A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF CONTRACTS WITH IDEAPEDDLER (CONTRACT NO. C37180) AND CV STRATEGIES (CONTRACT NO. C37060) TO PROVIDE MARKETING SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021/2022 (CC). Rec: By Minute Motion, authorize staff to move forward with a one-year renewal process for contracts with Ideapeddler and CV Strategies to provide marketing services for Fiscal Year 2021/2022. 9. CONSIDERATION FOR APPROVAL TO DELIVER A NOTICE TO TERMINATE CONTRACT NO. HA34970 WITH ALLIED REAL ESTATE PARTNERS, LLC, A CALIFORNIA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, REGARDING VACANT PROPERTY OWNED BY THE AUTHORITY, KNOWN AS APN 622-370-014 (HA).
