Background Analysis
On January 14 , 2021 , the City Council approved the CV Harvest Sunday Market to take
place the last Sunday of the month from February 2021 -April 2021 .
CV Harvest Box has created a successful Sunday market on San Pablo , which has been
positively received by the San Pab lo businesses , residents and the community as a
whole . The Sunday market continues to grow each month and thus the Sunday market
organizers would like to extend their season to include the month of May 2021 and seek
approval to include the addition of a beer garden . The organizer is seeking Council's
approval of a beer garden, as it takes place on public property. CV Harvest Box will work
with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control in rega rds to permits ,
guidelines and enforcement.
Fiscal Analysis
An additional May market would not have an additional fiscal impact to the budget.
