Seven SOQs were received in response to the request, and after reviewing those SOQs and contacting selected references, the City has identified the team of Hogle-Ireland, Inc. and Jacobson & Wack as the best qualified to perform the required services. The City is entering into negotiations with the top-ranked firm based upon their outstanding qualifications and experience. In the event that we are unable to successfully negotiate and execute an agreement with Hogle-Ireland and Jacobson & Wack, we will terminate negotiations with them and open negotiations with the second-ranked firm, PMC.
