Carter, President PMC 2729 Prospect Park Drive, Suite 220 Rancho Cordova, California 95670 Dear Mr. Carter: Thank you for submitting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in response to the City's request for assistance updating Title 25, Zoning, of the Palm Desert Municipal Code. Seven SOQs were received in response to the request, and after reviewing those SOQs and contacting selected references, the City has identified the team of Hogle-Ireland, Inc. and Jacobson & Wack as the best qualified to perform the required services. The City is entering into negotiations with the top-ranked firm based upon their outstanding qualifications and experience. In the event that we are unable to successfully negotiate and execute an agreement with Hogle-Ireland and Jacobson & Wack, we will terminate negotiations with them and open negotiations with the second-ranked firm, PMC. Again, thank you for your interest in working for the City of Palm Desert.
