NOTICE OF ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
OF THE
PALM DESERT CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Palm Desert City Council adjourned its regular
adjourned meeting of Thursday, February 5, 2004, to Thursday, February 26, 2004, at
1:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the Palm Desert Civic Center, 73510 Fred Waring
Drive, Palm Desert, California. Said meeting will be held to conduct a continued public
hearing for the City's Comprehensive General Plan Update and Final Environmental
Impact Report.

Any person wishing to discuss any item not scheduled for public hearing may address the
City Council at this point by stepping to the lectern and aivina his/her name and address
for the record. Remarks shall be limited to a maximum of three minutes unless additional
time is authorized by the City Council. Because the Brown Act does not allow the City
Council to take action on items not on the Agenda, members will not enter into discussion
with speakers but will instead refer the matter to staff for report and recommendation at a
future City Council meeting.

AND FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE CITY OF
PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA Case No. GPA 01-04 (City of Palm Desert,
Applicant) (Continued from the meetings of January 15, January 29, and
February 5, 2004).
Rec: 1) Receive public testimony and discuss the General Plan.
2) By Minute Motion, continue to a date to be determined.
