HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 2021-64RESOLUTION NO. 2021-64 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF TRACT NO. 36342 AND THE SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT RELATED THERETO NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California, as follows: (1) The Final Subdivision Map of Tract 36342, City of Palm Desert, California, is hereby approved as the official map of said parcel, subject to the conditions of the Tentative Map. (2) The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute on behalf of the City a Subdivision Improvement Agreement guaranteeing completion of the public improvements required by law. (3) The City Engineer (The Director of Development Services) is authorized to receive the important security on behalf of the City, as required by law, subject to approval of the City Attorney as the form. (4) The Director of Development Services is directed to process the Tract Map for Recording upon receipt of the required payment of all fees.
