Strategic Plan Objectives This action has no impact on the Strategic Plan. Background The proposed parcel map for PM 37781 was originally lots 24 and 25 of Tract 25296-6 located on Crescent Falls in Bighorn Country Club. In 2008 these two lots were merged through the recording of Parcel Map Waiver (PMW) 06-25, creating one large lot. The current owner of this lot is proposing to split this lot in two and constructing one single family home on each lot. The boundary for Parcel. Map No. 37781 was created by PMW 06-25. Tentative Parcel Map No. 37781 was approved by the Planning Commission on November 5, 2019. This map is substantially the same as it appeared on the Tentative Parcel Map. Those conditions of approval related to the map have been satisfied, and the map conforms to the requirements of the Subdivision Map Act and City ordinances. Fiscal Analysis There is no fiscal impact associated with the approval of this map. LEGAL REVIEW DEPT. REVIEW FINANCIAL REVIEW ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER N/A Robert W. Hargreaves Tom Garcia, P.E.a et M.
