of the City of Palm Desert's Permanent Art Collection and the El Paseo
Sculpture Exhibition from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021.

Services to the Family YMCA of the Desert for One Year of Management
and Staffing at the Palm Desert Aquatic Center in the Amount of $165,000
plus Reimbursement of Operational Costs Included in Agreement.

PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT TO GRANITE CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,147,153 (CONTRACT NO. C39920,
PROJECT NO.752-19).
Rec: By Minute Motion: 1) Award the subject contract, including bid
alternate No. 1, for the Monterey Avenue Pavement Rehabilitation
Project in the amount of $3,147,153 to Granite Construction
Company, Indio, California; 2) authorize Director of Finance to set

the senderso requests, they may also be saved and played at the appropriate point in the live
meeting not to exceed three (3) minutes in length.

Because the Brown Act does not allow the City Council, Successor Agency, or Housing
Authority Boards to take action on items not on the Agenda, members may briefly respond or
instead refer the matter to staff for report and recommendation at a future City Council,
Successor Agency, or Housing Authority meeting.
