Authorize the release of maintenance security in the amount of $684.70 for Tract Map
37292.

Backqround Analvsis
The project for Tract Map 37292 is a six -unit set of townhomes located at 45-840
Highway 74, north of Verba Santa Drive. Faithful Performance and Labor and Materials
bonds were originally posted at the time of permit issuance. City Council approved the
release of the bonds and the acceptance of a 10% cash, maintenance deposit in the
amount of $684.70 on May 9, 2019. Per City Ordinance the maintenance deposit is held
for one year.
Staff recently re -inspected this project to insure that all improvements remain as they
were originally accepted in 2019. The one-year maintenance period is now complete and
therefore, staff recommends that City Council authorize the release of the maintenance
obligation.

There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
