Strateqic Plan Obiectives This action has no impact on the Strategic Plan. Backqround The proposed parcel map for PM 37883 is an existing commercial center located at Corporate Way between Hovley Lane East and Lennon Place. This Parcel Map subdivides a 1.12 acre parcel into two parcels. The boundary for proposed Parcel Map 37883 was created by Tract Map 21493. Tentative Parcel Map 37883 was approved by the Planning Commission on May 19, 2020. This map is substantially the same as it appeared on the Tentative Parcel Map. Those conditions of approval related to the map have been satisfied, and the map conforms to the requirements of the Subdivision Map Act and City ordinances. That the design of the subdivision or the type of improvements wil� not conf�ict with easements, acquired by the public at large, far access t?�rough or use of praperty w�thin the proposed subdi�is�on. The creafion of a new parcel at this site will not impact any public easements as pari of the subdivisian. No changes are proposed to the existing conform�ng developmenf 7.
