APPROVE THE RELOCATION OF THE PALM DESERT CERTIFIED FARMER'S MARKET TO SAN PABLO AVENUE (CC). Rec: By Minute Motion: a) Approve the relocation of the Palm Desert Certified Farmers' Market to San Pablo Avenue starting December 2, 2020; b) authorize the road closure on San Pablo Avenue between Alessandro Drive and San Gorgonio Way. 15. AUTHORIZATION TO UTILIZE REMAINING UNCOMMITTED UNITE PALM DESERT ECONOMIC RELIEF FUNDS TO AUGMENT THE COMMUNITY PARTNERS PROGRAM.
