Tom Emmett Met with Mayor Pro Tern Weber, Kevin Swartz, and Torn Emmett to discuss the possibility of moving his U-Haul business to Westfield Palm Desert. Lori Carney Met with Lori Carney and Russell Grance to discuss a personnel issue. August 20 Executive Management Met with the Executive Management team. August 21 Director of Cyber Security-CSUSB Met with Martin Alvarez, Director of Cyber Security Center Tony Coulson, and the Vice President of Information Technology Services CSUSB Sam Sudhakar (via conference call) to discuss the proposed iHub in Palm Desert. Potential Event at Desert Willow Pad B Met with Amy Lawrence, Martin Alvarez, and Eric Ceja to discuss a potential event at Desert Willow Pad B. Lunch with the Mayor and Todd Rhodan Lunch with Mayor Jonathan and Todd Rhodan to discuss matters involving the Chamber of Commerce. Kathleen Kelly Met with Councilmember Kelly to discuss issues of current concern. August 23 TRAKiT Implementation/Development Services Technology- Executive Team Met with the Executive Team to discuss the progress of the implementation of TRAKiT in Development Services. Closed Session City Council Meeting August 24 Martin Alvarez Participated in a conference call with Martin Alvarez, David Hermann, Doug Sheres and John Luff. Meeting with Mayor, Mayor Pro Tern, and City Attorney Met with Mayor Jonathan, Mayor Pro Tem Weber, and Carlos Campos to discuss routine City business and answer questions relative to current issues.
