EXHIBIT A — EQUIPMENT LISTING OF ASSETS FOR DISPOSAL
By Minute Motion, that the City Council declare the items listed on the
attached Exhibit A as surplus property and authorize disposal as
appropriate.
Background
All items on the equipment list are broken or obsolete. Therefore, staff is requesting that
the City Council authorize disposal of the equipment as appropriate according to the
federal and state laws and guidelines.
Staff recommends that the City Council declare the equipment as surplus property and
authorize staff to dispose of the equipment as follows:
1. Items labeled as donate (on Exhibit A) will be donated to either a non-profit or
educational facility based on their needs; any items not accepted will be
disposed of appropriately; and
2. Items labeled as e-waste have been identified as waste and will be disposed of
appropriately.
