Box 12785 Palm Desert, CA 92255 DATE: February 9, 2017 CONTENTS: Notice of Completion Location Map Recommendation By Minute Motion, accept the work as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for Contract No. C35690, 2017 Parking Lot Maintenance Project (Project No. 750-17). Strategic Plan Objective Parking lot maintenance is an on-going maintenance function and, as such, does not contribute specifically to any one particular Strategic Results Area of the Strategic Plan. However, maintaining the infrastructure benefits all areas of the Strategic Plan. Background On October 27, 2016, the City Council awarded Contract No. C35690 to S-2 Sealing and Striping of Palm Desert, California, in the amount of $69,705 for the construction of the 2017 Parking Lot Maintenance Project. Staff has inspected the work performed by the contractor and has found said work to be complete and in accordance with the contract requirements. The work was completed on time, and for the budgeted amount.
