Strategic Plan Objective Surplus of broken and/or unusable office equipment has no impact on the Strategic Plan. Background The chairs on the attached list are surplus and are no longer needed. The coverings on the arms are torn and the adjustment mechanisms are broken; therefore, they are considered non-functional. Since they are no longer needed, staff recommends that all the chairs be scrapped. 1. North Wing Conference Room Chairs (8) — The covering on the arms are torn and the adjustment mechanisms are broken. 2. Public Works Conference Room Chairs (2) - The covering on the arm is torn and the adjustment mechanism is broken. 3. Miscellaneous Task Chairs (2) — These are a variety of task chairs that are broken and/or worn out and no longer needed. Staff Report Surplus Chairs Page 2 of 2 March 9, 2017 4. Miscellaneous Side Chairs (1) — The cushioning is broken down and the fabric is worn. Fiscal Analysis There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
