Backqround On October 22, 2015 the City Council awarded a Contract C34750 to 5M Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $28,350.00 to deconstruct the single family home located at 44- 900 San Clemente Circle. The deconstruction of the single family home will allow for the implementation of the future Alessandro West Improvement project. Specifically, this property and the southwest corner of San Clemente Circle will include future parking improvements as part of the Alessandro West Improvement Project. 5M Contracting, Inc. has completed the deconstruction project and has fulfilled the contract specifications and requirements. City staff requests that the City Council accepts the work as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion.
