As part of these changes the California Integrated Waste Management Board was dissolved, and the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery Board (CalRecycle) was created. CalRecycle requires a new resolution every five (5) years authorizing Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) and Recycling Grant Applications to CalRecycle.
