Recommendation
By Minute Motion, that the City Council declare the items listed on the
attached Exhibit A as surplus property and authorize disposal as
appropriate.
Background
All items on the equipment list are broken or obsolete. Therefore, staff is requesting that
Council authorize disposal of the equipment according to the federal and state laws and
guidelines.
Staff recommends that the City Council declare the equipment as surplus property and
authorize staff to dispose of the equipment as electronic waste.
