Background The vehicles, equipment and miscellaneous items on the attached list are surplus, non- operational or are no longer needed. The following recommendation is made for disposal: Items 1 through 4 The following vehicles all have expired CNG tanks: Vehicle No. 49, 2000 F-150 CNG, license plate no.107683; Vehicle No. 50, 2000 F-150 CNG, license plate no. 1072031; Vehicle No. 52, 2000 CNG F-150, license plate no. 1072032; and Vehicle No. 58, 2001 F-150, license plate no. 1109187. It is recommended to surplus and auction these vehicles. Items 5 through 7 The following vehicles are non -operational and are too costly to repair: Equipment No. 223, NEV electric cart; Equipment No. 178, Club electric cart; and Equipment No. 201, Club electric cart. These carts are no longer needed and it is recommended to surplus and auction these items. Items 8 and 9 It is recommended to surplus the following items and dispose of them as e-waste: old TV, asset No. 06806, is no longer needed; and VCR/DVD player, asset No. 06808, is non -operational.
