Recommendation
By Minute Motion, declare vehicles and miscellaneous office furniture as
surplus and authorized disposal as proposed.
Background
The vehicles and miscellaneous office furniture on the attached list are surplus, non-

disposal:
Item 1 — Vehicle No. 67, 2001 Chrysler Caravan, license plate #1102060, has had
numerous issues and costly repairs. It is currently in need of repair and the cost for the
repair is significant. Due to the age, depreciated value, and the cost of the repair it is
recommended to surplus and auction this vehicle.
Item 2 — Vehicle No. 68, 2001 Chrysler Caravan, license plate #1102155, has a
deteriorated dashboard. The cost to replace the entire dashboard is significant. Due to
the age, depreciated value, and cost to repair it is recommended to surplus and auction
this vehicle.
Item 3 — Vehicle No. 040, 1995 Chevy S-10 license plate #E023155, is in need of an
ABS sensor replacement. Due to the age of the vehicle parts are no longer available.
Based on the age, depreciated value, and because parts no longer available it is
recommended to surplus and auction this vehicle.
