slightly before 4:00 p.m. to make sure your presentation loads up okay, either I will be at my spot in the Council
Chamber or Deputy City Clerk Grace Mendoza will be there (look for our nameplates on the staff table under the
projection screen) for you to check in.

Thanks for the quick reply. If you would please put us down for September 101h. I will send you copies of the master plan
to include in the packets (we already have them printed and bound) and I will electronically send you a couple of
PowerPoint slides to use for my presentation.

Hi, Mr. Monroe:
Thanks for your e-mail. Dates of the September regular City Council Meetings are at 4:00 p.m. on each of the Thursdays,
September 10 and September 24. Let us know which one works better for you. Based on the nature of the subject
matter, we would place your item under Section IX - Awards, Presentations, and Appointments, for a 5-10 minute
- presentation at the beginning of the regular meeting shortly after 4:00 p.m.
If you have a PowerPoint presentation that you would like to provide my office for distribution with the agenda packets
for the meeting (which are produced the Friday prior to each meeting date), we will reproduce it and include it in those
packets for Council's review prior to your in -person presentation. You may send it to my attention, either electronically
or in hard -copy, by Tuesday, September 1, or September 15, prior to the meeting date you choose (either September 10
or September 24) to make this happen.
If you send the presentation to me electronically, I can also have it pre -loaded onto the laptop computer in the Council
Chamber that you can start and use during the meeting.
