Any person wishing to discuss any item not appearing on the agenda that is within the
subject matter jurisdiction of the City Council or Successor Agency to the Palm Desert
Redevelopment Agency may address them at this point by stepping to the lectern and

Successor Agency. Because the Brown Act does not allow the City Council or Successor

CENTER PARK ON SATURDAY, MAY 5, AND SPONSORSHIP
AGREEMENT (CONTRACT NO. C36700).

1) Approve Sponsorship Agreement with Acosta Promotions,
Robert Acosta & Associates, in the amount of $5,000 for a
Craft Beer Event (name to be determined) at the Palm Desert
Civic Center Park on Saturday, May 5, 2018.
2) Authorize Mayor to execute the Sponsorship Agreement,
subject to the City Attorney making non -substantive changes.
3) Authorize expenditure in the amount of $5,000 payable to
