NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Palm Desert City Council, Palm Desert
Housing Authority, Palm Desert Planning Commission, and Palm Desert
Housing Commission will convene for a Joint Study Session at 8:15 a.m. on Wednesday,
October 30, 2019, in order to tour Housing Authority Properties (Neighbors, Santa Rosa,
Palm Village, The Pueblos, Sage Crest Senior, Laguna Palms, Catalina Gardens,
Taos Palms, One Quail Place, Desert Pointe, Las Serenas, La Rocca Villas,
California Villas, Carlos Ortega Villas). Said Study Session will convene in the North Wino
Conference Room of the Palm Desert Civic Center. 73- 510 Fred Warina Drive. Palm
Desert. California. and continue with City Council/Authority Board Members, Planning
Commissioners, and Housing Commissioners taking a bus tour of the aforementioned
properties.
