California, in the amount of $207,954.25 for the Civic Center Park Fitness, Shade &

$20,795.

year term under the Omnia Partners Contract No. PW-1925 pursuant to Section

management, operations, and maintenance of the Desert Willow Golf Resort, in

collect the associated costs for individually billed residences on the Tax Assessor’s
