We have reviewed Sprinkler plans of the subject facility. Our review is to ensure compliance with the
minimum code requirements related to fire and life safety.

[XXX] The above referenced sprinkler plans have been Reviewed and Approved by the Palm Desert Fire
Prevention Bureau. The following inspections are required for sprinkler systems:

Prior to Occupancy
Please note that before a final inspection will be given the fire department must receive the following
document from all contractors: Contractors Material and Test Certificate for Aboveground Piping. This
form is from NFPA 13, 2013 edition.
We have attempted to include all Fire Department requirements at this time; however, additional requirements
may be made at the time of final inspection. Final acceptance is subject to field inspection and necessary
tests.
