As you will recall we had a several discussion two weeks back regarding the irrigation extension along Shepherd Lane, and you gave me the verbal OK to extend the existing irrigation line from the boundary of tract 33935 north to the north boundary of tract 34391. You agreed that because there is an HOA covering both tracts there would be no need to install (3)more irrigation meters. Would you please confirm this agreement so that we can continue with the installation? Thank you for your quick response.
