EMERGENCY SERVICES COORDINATOR Monthly Report for November 2021. Vice Chair Taylor moved to, by Minute Motion, receive and file the items of the consent calendar. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Alley and carried by a 6-0 vote (AYES: Alley, Bindman, Butts, Kramer, Taylor, Luhring; NAES: None; ABSENT: Cross, Reynar). VI. CONSENT ITEMS HELD OVER NONE VII. NEW BUSINESS A. A Code Compliance Presentation on the City of Palm Desert's Short Term Rental Program Commissioner Alley moved to, by Minute Motion, receive and file the informational presentation on the City of Palm Desert's Short Term Rental Program. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Butts and carried by a 5- 0 vote (AYES: Alley, Bindman, Butts, Kramer, Luhring; NAES: None; ABSTAIN: Taylor; ABSENT: Cross, Reynar). An Update on the Current Status of the CV Link Project Vice Chair Taylor moved to, by Minute Motion, receive and file the informational update on the current status of the CV Link Project as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Alley and carried by a 6-0 vote (AYES: Alley, Bindman, Butts, Kramer, Taylor, Luhring; NAES: None; ABSENT: Cross, Reynar). C. Recommend Scheduling of Special Meetings of the Public Safety Commission January and February 2022 to Conduct a Tour of the City's Public Safety Facilities Commissioner Alley moved to, by Minute Motion, recommend scheduling of special meetings of the Public Safety Commission in January and February 2022 to tour the City's Public Safety Facilities. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Butts and carried by a 6-0 vote (AYES: Alley, Bindman, Butts, Kramer, Taylor, Luhring; NAES: None; ABSENT: Cross, Reynar). VIII. CONTINUED BUSINESS NONE IX.
