3. Statement of Work and Description of System
The solar energy system (“System”) that is described in this contract will be installed by the Contractor at the
Project Residence that is described in Section 1. The System will be located at the Project Residence pursuant
to the Proposal/Drawings, incorporated herein by reference, which Owner acknowledges that he/she/they
has reviewed, signed and approved. Contractor will provide all labor and materials necessary for the
installation of the System and will secure and pay for all required building permits. Contractor will be
responsible for filing rebate and incentive forms with agencies on Owner’s behalf, where applicable. All work
by Contractor under this contract is sometimes referred to as the “Project.”
Unless specifically stated in Section 13 of this contract, the System will not include any repairs or modifications
to the Project Residence, including the roof or any support structures, which are necessary to install the
