SURVEY SNAPSHOT DATE: 01/23/2023
• Tasked with determining a range of costs for
the construction of the Regional Sports Park.
• The range is dependent on how many
components and elements are included in
the final park’s design.
• The following are not designs, but rather
‘test-fit’ scenarios, drawn to scale, to identify
the intensity of development that may occur.
They are being provided only for purposes of
aiding in the discussion about budget.
