W HAT IS THE SOLAR ELEC TRIC IT Y SYST EM?
Sunrun will install a solar electricity system on your home (the "System"). We will own the
System and provide you with the electricity. The System will include:
Solar Panels (conv ert sunlight to electricity ): manufactured by JA Solar, or similar.
Inv erter(s) (conv ert DC electricity to A C electricity ): manufactured by SolarEdge Technologies, or similar.
B atter(ies) (store electricity ): 1 LG Chem battery
A ssociated racking, wiring, and electrical equipment (junction boxes, etc.)
The specific make and model of the equipment w ill be av ailable in y our M y Sunrun app.

The Solar System will produce an estimated total of 8,670 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of electricity
over the first 12 months of the Agreement, which means it will produce 67% of the power
we estimate you currently use (“Estimated Future Usage”). The Estimated Future Usage is
based on up to 12 months of past utility bills OR your home's square footage plus any
adjustments you may have made to that estimate (for example, if you are planning to add
more electric appliances to your home). There are a few important things you should know
about the System and its energy production:
The System's annual production estimates ("Estimated Production") are listed in Exhibit A .
The Sy stem w as designed to meet your Estimated F uture Usage and is based on inform ation y ou prov ided to us. If y ou use more
energy than y our Estimated Future Usage, then y ou may need to buy more electricity from y our utility .
The Sy stem w ill produce more electricity on sunny day s and in the summer m onths. It w ill produce less energy on cloudy days and in
the w inter months and it w ill produce less electricity if panels are in the shade, dirty , or, cov ered in snow or leav es.
If av ai l ab l e, y ou agree t o t ake serv i ce from y our ut i li t y ’s st and ard net en ergy m et erin g serv ice ("NEM Serv ice") for the life of
this A greement. NEM Serv ice prov ides y ou credits (w hich v ary by utility ) tow ard y our utility bill for electricity that the Sy stem
produces but that you don’t use at y our house or store (if applicable) in the B attery , and may also include benefits for Sunrun. If y our
utility no longer offers NEM Serv ice, y ou agree to use a substitute m etering program as chosen by us at our sole discretion. In order
for Sunrun to help y ou sign up for NEM Serv ice, w e may ask y ou to giv e us certain documents. If we don't receiv e the documents
from y ou w ithin sev en (7 ) day s of our request, w e may charge y ou for any benefits that Sunrun lost because w e didn’t receiv e them in
time.
If y ou do not sign up for NEM Serv ice, y our estimated sav ings are no longer v alid. Please note that NEM Serv ice is a utility program
and it may change at any time, ev en after y ou sign this A greement, w hich could affect y our estim ated sav ings throughout the term of
this A greement.
In the case of a utility pow er outage, the Sy stem will NOT prov ide backup pow er to your home unless the Sy stem includes a B attery . If
the Sy stem includes a Battery, backup pow er w ill be prov ided as explained further on in this agreement.
HOW LO NG IS THE TERM OF T HIS AGREEMENT ?
You agree to pay for the solar electricity created by the System for 25 years. The Initial term
begins on the date the System is activated (the “Activation Date”), which requires permission
from your utility, and ends 25 years after the Activation Date (the “Initial Term”) unless
renewed, cancelled, or otherwise terminated. Your termination options are explained below.
W HAT ARE MY C OSTS AND W HEN W ILL I REC EIV E MY BILL?
You can expect to receive your first monthly bill 30-40 days after your Activation Date. Here’s
how we calculate your monthly bill:
B ased on the Sy stem size, Estimated Production, and the product y ou selected, y our monthly bill w ill be $1 9 9 .1 1 per month for y ear
1 (and shall increase by 2 .9% each subsequent y ear).
If y ou pay by automated electronic check (A CH) in a giv en m onth, y our pay m ent for that month w ill be discounted by $7.5 0 . That
m eans y ou'l l p ay a d iscou nt ed p ri ce of $19 9 .1 1 p er m ont h if y ou p ay v i a AC H, or $2 0 6 .6 1 p er m ont h w it hout AC H, for t h e
first 1 2 m ont hs of t hi s Agreem ent .

BILLING
You'll b e b i ll ed ev e ry m on t h on t he anni v ersary of t h e Ac t i v at i on Dat e for t he p ri or m on th of energy . Your bill will come on
a similar date each month. You’ll receiv e y our bill w ithin ten (1 0 ) day s follow ing the end of the last billing cy cle and y our pay ment w ill
be due the day before the next billing cy cle begins. If y ou don’t pay y our bill on time, w e can shut dow n the Sy stem, repossess the
Sy stem, send y ou to collections, and/or flag non-pay ment on y our credit report. We may charge y ou a late fee equal to the lesser of (i)
one and a half (1 .5 %) percent per m onth on the portion of y our balance that is more than thirty (3 0 ) day s past due; or (ii) the
maximum amount permitted under applicable law . This late fee is not an interest charge, finance charge, or time price differential.
You can pay v ia A CH, online, v ia y our M y Sunrun app, mail us a check, or pay by phone. If y ou choose to pay by phone, w e offer e-

A t any time, y ou may prepay all of the M onthly Payments during the remaining portion of the Initial Term (“Prepayment”).
Prepay m ent equals the remaining M onthly Pay m ents for the current and remaining y ears of the Initial Term discounted by the lesser
of (x) the prime rate plus 1 0 0 basis points (as published by the W all Street Journal); or (y ) 5 .0 %. Sunrun’s obligations under this
A greem ent w ill not change if y ou make such a Prepayment. Sunrun customer serv ice can calculate and prov ide y ou the Prepay ment
am ount at any time after the A ctiv ation Date.
We reserv e the right to update our billing sy stems from time to time and w ill notify y ou if y our M onthly Pay m ent due date or
pay ment options change accordingly .

If the Sy stem design changes after our site audit, y our Upfront Pay m ent may change. If this happens, w e w ill proceed as described in
the “Home Upgrades” section below , w hich w ould require y our consent.
Your Upfront Pay ment is pay able to “Sunrun Installation Serv ices, Inc.” by money order, or a check draw n on a United States bank
account.
Deposits are stored in a Sunrun Inc. general account and, if applicable, funds are returned directly from that account.
You don't own the System and it is not a permanent part of your home.
You cannot sell, transfer, or dispose of the Sy stem in any w ay , because it belongs to Sunrun.
You cannot assign any financial or legal obligation onto the Sy stem because y ou don't ow n it, including but not limited to liens,
security interests, claims, mortgages, or deeds of trust.
Sunrun w ill not file a lien on y our home w ith the exception of a mechanic's lien. A mechanic's lien may be used by Sunrun or one of
our contractors or subcontractors if y ou don't pay for goods or serv ices pursuant to this agreement, or if Sunrun does not pay its
subcontractor. We w ill remov e any lien w ithin 3 0 day s from the date that w e receiv e satisfactory pay ment and/or we w ill indemnify
y ou from any liens placed on y our home by one of our subcontractors.
We do reserv e the right to file a UCC Financing Statement on y our home for this Sy stem, w hich w ould not be a lien; rather, it w ould
enable us to assert our legal ownership of the sy stem if necessary .
W HAT HAPPENS T O THE SOLAR INC ENT IV ES?
The System may be eligible for certain incentives, benefits, or credits (defined below) and we
include the value of those incentives in the price we charge you. You agree to cooperate
with Sunrun so that Sunrun receives System benefits since Sunrun owns the System.

You agree to assign all Incentiv es to Sunrun, including (a) state, Federal and local incentiv es; and (b) energy credits stem ming from the
env ironmental attributes of the sy stem, including but not limited to Renew able Energy Credits (“RECs”), Solar Renew able Energy
Credits (“SRECs”) and Carbon Credits (collectiv ely , the "Incentiv es" ), all of w hich are the env ironm ental attributes of a sy stem that are
sold on secondary markets and help us monetize benefits for customers. A ll Incentiv es w ill be the sole property of Sunrun because
Sunrun owns the sy stem, w hich means that only Sunrun owns the right to claim the "clean energy " attributes for the energy
produced.
If y ou purchase the Sy stem from Sunrun, y ou'll own and be entitled to proceeds from any Incentiv es earned after the date y ou
purchase the Sy stem from Sunrun.
HOW W ILL THE SYSTEM BE DESIGNED AND INSTALLED?
As part of the installation process, we’ll survey your home and provide you with a custom
System design to review. After you approve the design, we'll apply for necessary permits,
install the System, facilitate a final inspection, request permission from your utility to turn
the System on, and we'll help you to activate the System. Here are the key details about the
process:
Design
O nce y ou approv e the Sy stem design, you'll hav e fiv e (5 ) business day s to request a design change. If y ou don't request a change w ithin this
period, y ou'll be deemed to hav e approv ed the design. Sunrun w ill use commercially reasonable efforts to accom modate change requests.
With y our w ritten, deemed, or v erbal approv al, installation may begin.
Survey and Potential for Hom e Upgrades
When w e surv ey y our home, w e may find that y our home requires additional w ork or upgrades to make it suitable for the Sy stem (“Home
Upgrades”). For example, y our m ain electrical panel may need to be upgraded to be able to handle the additional pow er from the Sy stem,
or y our roof may need to be changed to w ithstand the Sy stem’s w eight. If y our hom e needs Home Upgrades, w e'll prov ide y ou w ith w ritten
notice. You are responsible for the cost of any Home Upgrades; Sunrun cannot mov e forw ard w ith the installation, and may choose to
cancel this A greement if y ou don't agree to Home Upgrades required to make y our home suitable for solar. If y ou choose to m ov e forw ard
w ith Sunrun, w e'll all sign updated documentation that will be incorporated into this A greement.
Change Orders
If Sunrun requests a modification to the terms of the A greement, Sunrun w ill notify y ou in w riting of the requested change and w ill ask y ou
to accept the modified terms by executing a Change O rder. Failure to respond to a Change Order request w ithin fiv e (5 ) business day s may
lead to cancellation of the A greement.
Permitting
Sunrun or our subcontractors w ill apply for the permits necessary for the installation of the Sy stem. Certain jurisdictions require
homeowner signatures and/or permissions to apply for a permit. You agree to assist us in obtaining any permits or other documentation
necessary to install the Sy stem. If required for y our home, it is y our obligation to secure HO A approv al to install the Sy stem.
Installation
We’ll confirm an installation date w ith y ou in adv ance. We’ll install the Sy stem using our qualified and licensed employ ees or subcontractors
in material com pliance with all local requirements. It generally takes one (1 ) day or less to install the System, but factors like inclement
w eather and delay s created by local permitting authorities may slow things down.
Inspection
A fter w e install the Sy stem, we'll w ork w ith y our municipality to com plete a final inspection.

Turning on the Equipment
We’ll submit all necessary paperw ork to your utility to receiv e permission to operate (“PTO ”) the Sy stem. A fter we receiv e PTO, w e'll activ ate
and turn on the Sy stem (the “A ctiv ation Date”). W e cannot promise w hether or w hen the utility w ill prov ide PTO because this is something
that the utility controls. If y ou're concerned about how long it is taking to achiev e PTO , w e recommend you call the utility directly. YOU ARE
NOT ALLOW ED T O T URN ON T HE SOLAR SYSTEM OR USE T HE SOLAR SYSTEM UNTIL W E INFORM YOU THAT IT’S T IME, AND W E ARE
NOT ALLOW ED T O LET YOU KNOW IT ’S TIME TO TURN IT ON UNT IL T HE UTILIT Y HAS GIVEN PERMISSION T O OPERAT E. YOU ARE
LIABLE FOR ANY C OST S OR DAMAGE RELATING TO YOUR PREMAT URE AC T IV AT ION OF THE EQUIPMENT .
Use of Subcontractors
A t our sole discretion, we may use subcontractors to perform or assist us in designing, perm itting, installing, or maintaining the Sy stem. If
w e use subcontractors to install the Sy stem, w e'll prov ide y ou with their names and license num bers upon request.
W HAT MUST I DO AFT ER I SIG N T HIS AGREEMENT ?
You must giv e our employ ees and subcontractors, and y our local permitting inspectors, access to your home, including, but not
lim ited to: y our roof, the property on the sides of y our home, and y our garage. A ccess is needed to perform surv ey s, installation, and
ongoing repairs and maintenance. We will giv e y ou reasonable notice w hen w e need to access the home and will attempt to only do
w ork during normal business hours.
You must prov ide us w ith pow er and w ater for use during installation of the System.
F or an additional charge, if w e deem it necessary or at y our request, y ou agree to giv e us the right to install an animal guard w ith the
Sy stem. This guard w ill protect the Sy stem from pests or rodents that could damage components of the System.
You agree that we can install energy production and consumption monitors on y our home. These help us monitor y our usage and
Sy stem performance. You'll be responsible for any damage to the production monitor or consumption monitor that is caused by y ou
or any other person unrelated to Sunrun.
You w ill giv e us access to the data that is required to monitor the Sy stem, including your solar and Utility meter data and y our energy
monitoring data. You agree to allow us to combine information (such as y our name and address) w ith the Sy stem performance and
usage data (the “Data”) so that w e can properly monitor and maintain the Sy stem. You agree to allow us to transfer the Data to the
nonprofits Solar Rights A lliance and Solar United Neighbors. We'll nev er sell any personally identifiable information w ithout y our
express consent, and w e agree to abide by our Priv acy Policy , which is subject to change.
You agree to maintain an internet connection, w hich is required for Sunrun to collect the data from the Sy stem. If y our internet
connection is dormant for m ore than 9 0 consecutiv e day s, the Performance Guarantee (defined below ) in this A greement w ill be
inv alidated during the applicable tw o-y ear period because we won't hav e the ability to monitor the Sy stem 's perform ance.
You agree that y our home w ill remain connected to y our Utility for the Initial Term and any Renew al Terms, and that y ou'll notify
Sunrun prior to changing y our Utility .
You agree that the Sy stem will be used primarily for household purposes and not to heat a sw imm ing pool.
You agree to keep the Sy stem clear of any obstructions that w ill impact the Sy stem’s production of energy . O bstructions w ill impact
Sy stem performance and w ill thus v oid the Perform ance Guarantee, and w e w ill not compensate y ou for any lost energy production
stemming from the obstructions.
You agree to trim trees and other foliage, or remov e any thing else that could block the System.
You agree not to add obstructions to y our roof, such as a new fireplace or air conditioning v ent, that w ill block the Sy stem or impact
the Estimated Production.
You understand that dust or other soiling of panels can reduce the Sy stem’s perform ance and y ou agree to safely hose dow n the
panels as needed.
Sunrun w ill not compensate y ou for underperformance due to dirty panels or obstructions described abov e.

serious ri sk of b od i ly i nj ury or d eat h.
A side from careful and safe remov al of dust or other obstructions from the panels, y ou may not remov e, relocate, alter, tamper w ith,
or damage the Sy stem or associated m eters and/or monitors at any time.

w arranties. You agree NO T to attempt to repair the Sy stem. If y ou make any modifications, improv ements, rev isions, or additions to
the Sy stem, they w ill become part of the Sy stem and shall be Sunrun’s sole property .
You agree to carry insurance cov ering dam age to y our Home, including damage resulting from the Sy stem and not due to the gross
negligence of Sunrun. It is y our responsibility to determine w hether installation of the Sy stem w ill impact y our existing cov erage and
if additional insurance is required.
If y ou need the Sy stem to be phy sically rem ov ed for any reason, y ou must arrange remov al w ith Sunrun or a contractor that w e pre-
approv e to perform the w ork. You can hav e the Sy stem remov ed and reinstalled at y our current home, but y ou can’t remov e and
reinstall the Sy stem on a different home. Sunrun's cost of Sy stem remov al and reinstallation w ill be adjusted periodically based on
local market conditions. You w ill be charged the current cost for Sy stem remov al and reinstallation at the time y ou need this serv ice.
To ensure that all parties inv olv ed are protected, you agree that any pre-approv ed contractor must carry a commercial general liability
insurance policy of one million ($1 ,0 0 0 ,0 0 0 ) dollars or more per occurrence and name “Sunrun Installation Serv ices Inc. and its
successor or assigns”, as additional insureds. Hav ing a pre-approv ed contractor remov e and/or reinstall the Sy stem will require them
to remov e our solar roof fasteners, and therefore v oids the Solar Roof F astener w arranty and w e w on’t assume any liability for their
w ork.
HO W WILL SUNRUN CO NTA CT M E?
You agree to allow Sunrun, or one of our affiliates, to call and/or text you about the
System installation and service at the phone number you have provided, even if you're
on a national or state “Do Not Call” list. Calls may be sent using an automatic telephone
dialing system. Messaging and data rates may apply.
You also agree that Sunrun or its affiliates may call and/or text y ou about new products and serv ices that may become
av ailable or for other marketing serv ices, ev en if y ou're on a national or state “Do Not Call” list.
A greeing to be contacted by phone is optional. If y ou do agree, y ou may opt out at a later date.

W HAT ARE SUNRUN’S OBLIGATIONS T O ME ONC E T HE SYST EM HAS BEEN INSTALLED?
We’ll keep the System up and running and in material compliance with all applicable local
regulations, provided that you're not in default of the Agreement. Most of our ongoing
obligations to you take the form of a limited warranty, as described below. Please note we
disclaim any express or implied warranties not in this Agreement and this Agreement is the
final and only word on our warranty obligations.
Our Insurance
We prov ide com prehensiv e insurance for the Sy stem and its installation, w hich includes: (1 ) damage to and theft of the Sy stem ; (2 )
commercial general liability insurance ("CGL") underw ritten by Nav igator Specialty Insurance Company (policy number LA 20 CGL2 30 3 2 1 IC);
(3 ) w orker's compensation insurance for all employ ees; (4 ) commercial automobile liability of at least one million dollars per accident
cov ering both bodily injury and property dam age; (5 ) excess liability insurance of up to one million dollars per occurrence; and (6 ) any other
insurance required by applicable law s or regulation. Our i nsurance DOES NOT c ov er y our gross negl igenc e or wi ll ful d am age of t h e
Sy st em .

Solar Roof Fasteners
We w arrant that the Sy stem roof fasteners, w hich include the holes w e make and a 3 inch radius around them, w ill be w atertight 1 0 years.
We don't take responsibility for, and don't warrant, roof fasteners or penetrations made by someone other than Sunrun or one of our
subcontractors. A dditionally , this limited roof fastener warranty does not include the damage due to the normal wear of y our roof,
including the w ear and tear of the roof that is under the Sy stem. This w arranty does not cov er damage resulting from mold, fungus or other
organic pathogens, or from the shrinking or cracking of grout and caulking. You acknow ledge that installing the Sy stem on y our home may
v oid y our current roof w arranty and that Sunrun assumes no responsibility if our work does so.
Performance Guarantee
We guarantee that the Sy stem w ill produce at least 9 0 % of the estimated production ov er its lifetime. If the Sy stem produces less than this
amount, w e'll pay y ou for the difference at an agreed upon rate per kW h (see Exhibit A ). We w ill audit the Sy stem’s performance ev ery 2
y ears and w ill automatically issue you a refund for the amount of energy not produced if the Sy stem’s cumulativ e lifetime production is less
than the 9 0 % threshold. Past underproduction pay ments w ill be credited tow ard future pay ments; we w on't double pay y ou for past
underperformance. If the Sy st em p erform s more t han exp ec t ed i n any gi v en y ear, w e w on’t charge y ou for it . How ev er, w e'l l
c alculat e t hat ov erp rod uc t ion t oward s t he Perform anc e Guaran t ee cal cul at i on.
a. A n illustrativ e example of how the Performance Guarantee calculation w orks is as follow s: If w e expect 2 0 ,0 00 kWh ov er the fi rst tw o
y ears of the contract, the Performance Guarantee lev el w ill be 1 8 ,0 0 0 kW h (2 0 ,0 0 0 kWh multiplied by 9 0 %). If the Sy stem produces
more than 1 8 ,0 0 0kWh, there is no pay out. If the Sy stem produces 1 7 ,0 0 0 kWh, y ou'll be paid for 1 ,0 0 0 kW h (1 8 ,0 0 0 kWh guaranteed
minus 1 7 ,0 0 0 kW h actual performance). If the pay out w as $0 .1 0 /kWh, y ou would be paid $1 0 0 (1 ,0 0 0 kWh multiplied by $0 .1 0 /kW h).
b. In y ear 2 5 of the A greement, the Performance Guarantee w ill be calculated ov er the last 1 2 months (v s. the last 24 months) because,
at that point, there w ould only be 1 2 months left in the Initial Term since the last Perform ance Guarantee calculation.
c. W e w on’t p ay t he Perform ance Guarant ee from und erp rod uct i on t hat resu lt s from y our fail ure t o comp ly w it h y our
ob l igat i ons und er t h is Agreement , if there is a grid outage that disables the Sy stem, if y ou cause or request the Sy stem to be shut
dow n (for example, if y ou request the Sy stem to be remov ed and reinstalled) or from damage caused by foreign objects (such as golf
balls).
d. O ur Performance Guarantee is the sole obligation w e hav e, and the sole representation w e make, regarding actual and expected
Sy stem performance.
Workm anship
Except as prov ided abov e, w e offer a 2 5 -y ear lim ited w orkmanship w arranty , w hich protects y ou against any m aterial defects associated
w ith the installation of the Sy stem. During the Initial Term w e'll, at our expense, repair or replace any material errors related to the w ork
under this A greement. O ur w orkmanship warranty does not cov er normal w ear and tear, cosmetic issues (fading of paints and finishes), or
dam age resulting from mold, fungus, or shrinking and/or cracking of grout and caulking on the roof of your home.
Equipm ent Warranty
We’ll prov ide any replacement parts, either new or refurbished, to keep the Sy stem in w orking order for the Initial Term of the A greement
and any subsequent renew al terms. Since equipment and technology change ov er time, w e reserv e the right to replace the current
equipment w ith a functional equiv alent, or better, w hen it breaks. A ny replacement equipment w ill not reduce the guaranteed kWh output
of the Sy stem .
Labor
A t no additional cost, w e’ll perform any labor necessary to repair the Sy stem, as required by this A greement, for the Initial Term.
NOTE: We don't repair, replace, or paint over equipment related to the System for
cosmetic reasons, except in specific circumstances where HOAs require it.

ARE T HERE ANY LIMIT S TO T HE W ARRANT IES ABOV E?
We aren’t res pons ible for performing service or repairs due to your negligenc e, acts of G od, fire, flood,
w ar, terrorism , or Force Majeure, or if s om eone other than Sunrun does work on any part of the System.
Any of our warranty or s ervice obligations under this Agreem ent are null and void in the following
c irc umstances :
A nother party , including but not limited to another contractor or y ou, performs w ork on the Sy stem without express permission from
Sunrun, or otherw ise dam ages the Sy stem.
A n act of God, including but not limited to a hurricane, tornado or snowstorm , or fire, flood, w ar, or terrorism.
Not e: W e d o cov er d am age st em m in g from h ail st orm s.
Sunrun reserv es the right to charge y ou for serv ices performed due to fire, flood, w ar, terrorism, or acts of God, including but
not limited to remov ing and reinstalling the Sy stem for roof repairs due to w eather.
If an act of God, fire, flood, w ar, or terrorism destroy s the sy stem , y our obligations, if any , become null and v oid.
F oreign objects hav e damaged the Sy stem , such as golf balls.
GENERATORS
If y ou own a generator prior to the installation of the Equipment, y ou agree to keep the generator on a separate Transfer Sw itch from the
Sy stem. If this is not possible at the time of installation, w e may request additional w ork to y our home or the generator. A fter installation of
the Sy stem, y ou agree to the follow ing: (1 ) not to alter the configuration of the generator and/or relocate it from the separate Transfer
Sw itch; (2 ) not to install or use any additional generators or other technologies for the generation of electricity to y our home’s electrical
panel; (3 ) not to install technologies to prov ide grid serv ices, because these dev ices could interfere w ith the operation of the Sy stem.
Violating this prov ision w ill (a) render y ou liable for any damages to the Sy stem, the generator, and y our home, and (b) v oid Sunrun’s
w arranty and serv ice obligations under this agreement. A t this time, y ou are prohibited from adding a generator after the Sy stem is
installed. If y ou v iolate this A greement by adding a generator after the Sy stem is installed, (a) y ou w ill be responsible for any damages to the
generator, the Sy stem, related batter(ies), if any , and any w iring or appliances in the home, and (b) Sunrun’s w arranty and serv ice
obligations under this agreement w ill be v oided.
W HAT DO I NEED T O KNOW ABOUT T HE BAT T ERY?
Battery storage and the System providing its c harge are intermittent power sources. For this reason we
c annot w arrant or guarantee that battery bac kup power w ill be available without interruption during
every power outage and we expressly forbid you to back up any life-dependent or life-critical
medical devices with the battery. If you do so, you take all liability and associated risk, which
may include serious injury or death. If you have critic al medical equipment power needs during a
pow er outage, contact your loc al emergency s ervices or dial 911.

Additionally, you must NO T tamper with or mishandle the battery. Doing so c an c reate hazardous

F rom time-to-time, Sunrun might prov ide y ou w ith instructions, ask y ou for information, or change the settings on the B attery to keep it
w orking properly :
You agree to set up a battery discharge profile in the battery manufacturer’s app or allow Sunrun to set one up for y ou as determined
by Sunrun.
You agree that the battery w ill always be set up to draw charge from the Sy stem.
F or customers w ith an LG battery , y ou acknow ledge that y ou don't hav e the ability to change the battery profile after the Sy stem is
installed. Customers with a Tesla battery will hav e the ability to change the profile after the Sy stem is installed, including the
minimum amount of battery capacity that is reserv ed for backup in the case of a pow er outage. These abilities stem from the
technical capabilities of our battery v endors and are not controllable by Sunrun.
You giv e Sunrun the sole right to optimize the Battery operations, w hich allow s us to further reduce y our electricity costs,
preemptiv ely put the Battery into backup mode if a storm is coming, and/or enroll y ou in utility or gov ernment incentiv e programs,
including rebates and demand response programs, at our sole discretion. Further details about B attery optimization serv ices can be
found in Exhibit F.
We w ill attempt to customize the battery sy stem to y our needs, based on the constraints of y our home. How ev er, there are some inherent
limitations that y ou must acknow ledge:
Not all appliances or electrical circuits can or should be backed up by the battery sy stem . Depending on the constraints of y our home,
w e may not be able to back up some of the appliances or circuits y ou desire, w e may need to back up some of them by installing a
new and/or separate electrical panel, or w e may need to giv e y ou a backup outlet that y ou can plug dev ices directly into to access
backup power.
Backi ng up m ore el ect ri c al l oad s or ad d ing el ect ri c al l oad b ey ond what Sun r un ex p ressl y ap p rov ed can c ause d am age t o
t he Sy st em and b at t ery . This includes plugging in additional dev ices. Please don't do this. You'll be solely responsible for Sy stem
failure or performance issues caused by ov erloading the battery .
We w ill not hav e a final ev aluation of w hich appliances or electrical circuits w e can back up until our site audit has been completed
and the final design has been com piled.
Sunrun limits the phy sical locations w here w e may install the battery to m inim ize the risk of the equipment ov erheating or
ov ercooling, w hich enables optimal performance of the battery sy stem. In certain locations, by installing outdoors, battery
performance w ill be diminished.
If y ou don't maintain a broadband internet connection, the battery m ay not be able to receiv e remote softw are updates to im prov e
and maintain its perform ance and therefore the m anufacturer’s w arranty may be limited.
If there is a multi-day pow er outage, the Sy stem may not fully recharge the B attery to 1 0 0 % each day if: (a) if y ou use m ore energy
than the Sy stem produces; (b) y ou hav e set the battery to do Time O f Use shifting or M aximize Self Consumption; and/or (c) the
Sy stem is not large enough to produce enough energy to recharge the battery /batteries on a daily basis.
YOU AGREE THAT SUNRUN WILL NOT BE LIABLE IN THE EVENT THE BATTERIES FAIL
TO PROVIDE BACKUP POWER, AND SUNRUN DISCLAIMS ANY SUCH LIABILITY,
IRRESPECTIVE OF THE REASON FOR SUCH FAILURE.

Can I Buy the System ?
If y ou desire to ow n the System at some point during the Initial Term or any renew al terms, y ou can purchase the System at any of the
follow ing points in time (a) any tim e during the 6 th y ear of the A greem ent, (b) w hen y ou mov e, (c) any time during the 2 0 th y ear of the
A greement, (d) any time during the 2 5 th y ear of the A greement.
If y ou intend to purchase the Sy stem, y ou must notify us in w riting w ithin 6 0 day s of any of the ev ents abov e, and pay for the Sy stem
w ithin 3 0 day s of receiv ing an inv oice from Sunrun for the purchase price.
The Purchase Price w ill be the Fair M arket Value (“FM V”) of the Sy stem as determ ined by an independent appraiser, and will be based
on the v alue of similar, in-serv ice sy stems in y our state and utility . The FM V w ill take into account the Sy stem’s age, location, size, and
other market conditions including equipm ent, current and future energy prices, and estim ated operations and maintenance costs. In
addition, if the Sy stem is purchased prior to the fifth (5 th) anniv ersary of the A ctiv ation Date, the FM V w ill include the v alue of any lost
federal tax credits.
If you purchase the Sy stem from Sunrun, you w ill be solely responsible for monitoring and maintaining it, unless y ou enter into a
separate agreement w ith Sunrun to perform these serv ices at y our expense.
W HAT HAPPENS AT T HE END OF THE INITIAL T ERM OF T HIS AGREEMENT ?
PLEASE REVIEW THIS SECTION CAREFULLY
W e wi ll gi ve you 90 days notice of this Agreement term end and your end of Agreement opti ons , i ncl uding
the cost of renewing or purc hasing the Sys tem. If you don't gi ve us wri tten noti ce i ndicati ng which
opti on you choose 30 days before your Agree ment terminates, we'l l automatical ly renew your
Agre eme nt for 5 years.
The Solar Sy stem. The solar portion of this A greement w ill be renew ed at a 1 0 % discount to the prev ailing rate of y our local utility
or its successor and increase 3 % ev ery 12 months.
The Battery . The battery portion of this A greement w ill be renew ed at a price of $1 2 0 /mo for the first battery and $1 0 0/mo for
each additional battery and increase 3 % ev ery 1 2 m onths.
In the ev ent of default. If y ou're in default of this A greem ent at the end of the term, or if w e foresee other issues w ith extending the
A greement another 5 y ears, we w ill NO T automatically renew y our contract. A fter the initial 5 y ear renew al period, any successiv e
auto-renewals w ill carry a 3% price increase ev ery 1 2 months for both the solar and battery storage portions of the bill.
O ther end of term options. The notice w e send y ou before the end of y our A greement term w ill include y our end of term options,
including (1 ) renew ing y our A greem ent; (2 ) purchasing the Sy stem; or (3 ) asking us to remov e the Sy stem at no additional charge.
If you sell your home, refinanc e, or i f your home i s foreclos ed on, we'll work wi th you and the buyers,
banks , and others involved in the si tuation. Our mutual obl igations and ri ghts i n these s ituations are as
foll ows:
Selling y our home: If y ou sell y our Home, y ou may transfer all rights and obligations under the A greement to the new owner,
prov ided that the new owner (a) meets Sunrun’s credit requirements of a FICO score of 6 5 0 or higher; and (b) agrees to assume the
A greement.
If the new ow ner doesn’t meet Sunrun’s credit requirements, they can still assume the A greem ent if either of the follow ing
apply : (1 ) they qualify for a mortgage to purchase the Home or purchase the Hom e in cash; (2 ) pay ment to Sunrun of a
$2 5 0 .0 0 credit check exemption fee, by either y ou or the new owner.
If the new homeow ner does not agree to assume the A greement, or if they don't qualify based on any of the abov e criteria,
you are required to purchase the Sy stem.
Refinancing: If y ou refinance y our home, w e'll prov ide reasonable cooperation at no cost to you, including completing paperw ork
related to the A greement as reasonably required by y our lender.
Foreclosures: If your home is foreclosed on, y ou are in default of this A greement and the A greement will automatically terminate.
In this scenario, we'll hav e the right to remov e the Sy stem without notice or ask y ou to purchase the System. If another entity takes
possession of y our home, they w ill hav e the option to request that w e remov e the Sy stem w ithin 9 0 day s of w hen they assume
possession of y our property , assume the terms of this A greement or renegotiate this A greement on materially equiv alent terms to
this A greement. For all property financed by a F annie M ae loan, FHFA guidelines require, and y ou and Sunrun (as applicable) also
agree, that the Home will remain connected to y our Utility for the Initial Term and any Renew al Terms. Sunrun agrees not to be
named loss pay ee (or named insured) on y our insurance policy /policies cov ering the Home. If y our home is financed by a Fannie

Default Paym ent and other rem edies.
If this A greement is terminated or cancelled for any reason, other than if this A greement is cancelled pursuant to the Notice of Cancellation,
terminated pursuant to this A greement, including due to a Lessor Default or a F orce M ajeure Ev ent, y ou agree to pay us an am ount equal to
the sum of the remaining M onthly Pay ments due to us during the Term, discounted by fiv e percent (5 %) per y ear, loss of incentiv es from
the Sy stem and Sy stem Interests, amounts y ou ow e us, our reasonable attorney’s fees, and our other costs and losses including costs of

AGREE THAT T HE DEFAULT PAYMENT FAIRLY REFLEC T S THE V ALUE OF THE SYST EM AND IS A FAIR REPRESENTAT ION OF THE
DAMAGES AND LO SSES THAT W E MAY INC UR AS A RESULT OF A C UST OMER DEFAULT.
In addition, if y ou default on y our obligations described abov e in this A greement, Sunrun may , subject to any cure rights prov ided in this
A greement or under applicable law, disconnect the Sy stem and/or enter the Home and remov e the Sy stem. W e w ill prov ide at least fifteen
(1 5) day s’ adv ance w ritten notice of our intent to disconnect the system.
By signing this agreement, you waive your right to bring a class action lawsuit against Sunrun
and our partners. You agree to settle any legal disagreements confidentially via binding
arbitration in the nearest AAA (arbitration services provider defined below) jurisdiction to
your home. The details of how this works are as follows:

(called “discov ery ”) is limited. A ppeals are limited. The arbitrator’s findings are binding, and courts rarely ov erturn arbitration aw ards.

You, us, and ce rt ai n Relat ed Part i es (d efined ab ov e). Either y ou or we m ay , after the required m ediation and w ithout the other’s
consent, elect to resolv e disputes by binding arbitration.

the broadest reasonable meaning.

What are the rules of the arbitration?

Where will the arbitration hearing be held?
In y ou r hom et own area. If the Parties don't agree to the locale where the hearing is to be held, the A A A w ill determine the location of the

Can Disputes be brought in court?

court’s ruling is not rev ersed on appeal.
What law applies?
T he Fed eral Ar b it rat i on Ac t (“FAA”).This A greement inv olv es interstate commerce. THUS, the FA A gov erns this clause. The TPA must
apply substantiv e law consistent with the F A A . The TPA must honor statutes of limitation and priv ilege rights. Punitiv e damages are
gov erned by the constitutional standards that apply in judicial proceedings.
Will anything you do make this clause ineffective?
No. This clause stay s in force ev en if y ou: (1 ) cancel this A greement; (2 ) default, renew , prepay , or pay the A greement in full; or (3 ) go into or
through bankruptcy .
Will this clause survive termination of this Agreement?
Yes. This clause will remain in effect for Disputes that com mence ev en after the A greement has terminated.
BY INITIALING, YOU AGREE TO ARBITRATION AND WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY
TRIAL. YOU ALSO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO INITIATE OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS

related to y our breach of this A greement, y our negligence or w illful m isconduct, or y our v iolation of law . Your indemnification obligations
under this section shall not apply if the harm or damage that is the basis for such claim occurred w hile one of our employ ees or agents w as
at y our Property and such harm or damage was caused by the negligence or w illful misconduct of such employ ee or agent.
Force Majeure.
Sunrun is not responsible for any delay or failure in the performance under this A greement due to F orce M ajeure. “Force M ajeure” m eans
any ev ent, condition, or circumstance bey ond the reasonable control of, and not caused by , Sunrun’s fault or negligence. These include acts
of God, w ar, riot, terrorism, or a strike, a pandemic or epidemic, a lockout, an act of gov ernment (e.g., lockdow n), or significant labor
dispute.

This Agreement is binding. If one part of the Agreement is voided, the other parts of it still

This A greement is binding upon, and inures to the benefit of, the Parties and their respectiv e heirs, executors, adm inistrators, legal
representativ es, successors, and assigns.
This A greement supersedes any prior understandings, agreements, or representations by or betw een the Parties, w ritten or oral, to
the extent they related in any w ay to the subject matter hereof.
Entire Agreement.
You agree that this A greement constitutes the entire agreement betw een y ou and Sunrun. If any prov ision is declared to be inv alid,
that prov ision w ill be deleted or m odified, and the rest of the A greement w ill remain enforceable. The terms of this A greement that
expressly , or by their nature, surv iv e termination shall continue thereafter until fully performed, w hich shall include, without
lim itation, the obligation to make payments hereunder.

Sunrun has the sole right to assign, lease, sublease, or transfer the System and this
Agreement, in whole or in part, along with the associated rights and any obligations, to a
third party for any purpose and without your consent. There are two main reasons we
would assign this Agreement to someone other than an affiliated entity: (1) because you're
in default; or (2) if there were a corporate merger, acquisition, or financing event, including
an asset sale.
If w e assign the A greem ent, w e'll continue to maintain the Sy stem until y ou receiv e w ritten notice otherw ise.
You may only assign this A greement if y ou transfer ow nership of or sell y our home, at w hich times y ou m ay assign y our obligations
under this A greement to the new homeow ner.
Each of us has the right to terminate this Agreement under the following circumstances:
Sunrun can cancel the A greement at our sole discretion, including but not lim ited to circumstances w here (a) y ou're in default of y our
obligations under the A greement, (b) estimates of the Sy stem’s solar energy production m aterially change at any point prior to
installation, w hether due to our calculations v ia the National Renew able Energy Laboratory PVWatts Calculator or due to conditions
y ou hav e concealed, (c) y ou delay m aking y our hom e ready and safe for the w ork to occur w ithin 5 business day s; (d) y ou otherw ise
cause y our installation to be delayed for more than 3 0 day s, (e) y ou don't sign up for NEM Serv ice or other requisite incentiv es, (f)
cellular or internet serv ice significantly decreases before installation, (g) prior to installation, if there are any changes or proposed
changes to y our Utility tariff (including but not lim ited to NEM Serv ice compensation and term), or (h) prior to installation, the Sy stem
fails to qualify for any expected incentiv es (including incentiv es based on y our household income or similar criteria). If Sunrun
exercises its right to cancel under this section, it w ill notify y ou in w riting before cancellation is effectiv e, and y ou w ill hav e no
remedies at that time.
Sunrun has the right to rev oke this offer if y ou don't accept, sign, and send the A greement back to us w ithin 1 0 days of us presenting
it to y ou.
You are ent it l ed t o cance l t his Agreem ent p rior t o t h e d ay t hat we b egi n i nst al l at ion work at y our hom e. A dditionally , y ou
hav e the right to cancel this A greement if (a) w e materially fail to perform the w ork under this A greement and don't correct the
issue(s) w ithin 9 0 day s, (b) Sunrun requires additional w ork or a change order to complete y our installation, but y ou don't agree to
com pleting and/or pay ing for said w ork, (c) y ou hav e fulfilled all of y our obligations under this A greement but Sunrun has not
com pleted installation w ithin 1 8 0 day s of the Effectiv e Date below.
You are entitled to a completely filled out copy of this A greement signed by both y ou and Sunrun before any w ork begins. This A greement

M echanics’ Lien Warning. A ny one w ho helps improv e your property , but w ho is not paid, may record w hat is called a m echanics’ lien on
y our property . A mechanics’ lien is a claim, like a mortgage or hom e equity loan, m ade against y our property and recorded w ith the county
recorder. Ev en if y ou pay y our contractor in full, unpaid subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers who helped to improv e y our property may
record mechanics’ liens and sue y ou in court to foreclose the lien. If a court finds the lien is v alid, y ou could be forced to pay tw ice or hav e a
court officer sell y our home to pay the lien. Liens can also affect y our credit. To preserv e their right to record a lien, each subcontractor and
material supplier must prov ide y ou w ith a document called a “2 0 day Preliminary Notice.” This notice is not a lien. The purpose of the
notice is to let y ou know that the person who sends y ou the notice has the right to record a lien on y our property if he or she is not paid. B E
CA REFUL . The Preliminary Notice can be sent up to 2 0 day s after the subcontractor starts w ork or the supplier prov ides material. This can
be a big problem if y ou pay y our contractor before y ou hav e receiv ed the Preliminary Notices. y ou w ill not get Preliminary Notices from
y our prim e contractor or from laborers w ho work on y our project. The law assumes that y ou already know they are improv ing y our

Disclosure of Personal Information To Third Parties F or Direct M arketing Purposes. You hav e the right to request and obtain from us once
per y ear, free of charge, inform ation about any personal information w e disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the
preceding calendar y ear, in accordance w ith CA Civ il Code § 1 7 9 8.8 3 . If y ou w ould like to make such a request, please submit your request
in w riting to: Sunrun Installation Serv ices, Inc., 2 2 5 B ush St, San F rancisco, CA 9 4 1 0 4.
Note A bout Extra Work and Change Orders. Extra W ork and Change O rders become part of the contract once the order is prepared in
w riting and signed by the parties prior to the commencem ent of w ork cov ered by the new change order. The order must describe the scope
of the extra w ork or change, the cost to be added or subtracted from the contract, and the effect the order w ill hav e on the schedule of
progress pay ments. W e are not required to perform additional w ork or changes without w ritten approv al in a “Change O rder” before any of
the new w ork is started. Extra w ork or a Change O rder is not enforceable against y ou as the buy er unless the Change O rder also identifies
all of the follow ing in w riting prior to commencement of any w ork cov ered by such Change O rder: (i) the scope of w ork encompassed by
such Change O rder; (ii) the amount to be added or subtracted from the A greement; and (iii) the effect the order w ill make in the progress
pay m ents or the com pletion date. our failure to comply w ith the requirements of this paragraph does not preclude the recov ery of

errors. Under federal law , y ou hav e the right to hold up or stop an electronic funds transfer prov ided y ou giv e y our financial
institution notice of at least three business day s before the scheduled transfer date. If y ou inform Sunrun that an error exists on y our
statement, Sunrun w ill attempt to correct that error prior to y our next statement to the extent permitted by law. Sunrun shall bear no
liability or responsibility for any losses of any kind that y ou m ay incur as a result of an erroneous statement or due to any delay in the
actual date on w hich y our account is debited.
2 . If any changes occur in the information on y our application, y ou must immediately notify Sunrun in w riting of such changes. If Sunrun
incurs charge-back fees as a result of inaccurate information y ou prov ide, then Sunrun shall bill y ou for those fees.
3 . If y ou either do not notify Sunrun in writing of such changes or do so in an untim ely fashion, Sunrun shall bear no liability or
responsibility for any losses incurred to the extent permitted by law . Sunrun's sole liability to y ou shall be Sunrun's obligation to make
any appropriate changes once in receipt of your w ritten notification. The actual settlement date (or date the A CH transaction occurs
against your checking or sav ings account or is charged to y our check) w ill be no earlier than three (3 ) day s before the inv oice due date.
4 . You agree to ensure that there are sufficient funds in y our designated account on the settlement date to pay the amount of the debit.
If Sunrun incurs charge-back fees as a result of insufficient funds in y our designated account, then Sunrun shall bill y ou for those fees.
5 . Sunrun reserv es the right to change these conditions at any time. Notice may be giv en on or w ith y our bill or by other m ethods. Either
Party may terminate this arrangement at any time by giv ing the other Party w ritten notice reasonably in adv ance of the date of
termination or any scheduled settlement date. You may also terminate this arrangement by calling Sunrun Customer Care at 1 -8 5 5 -
4 7 8 -6 7 8 6 or by changing y our billing preference in the Sunrun Customer Portal. Termination shall not prev ent a debit transaction
authorized before any notice of termination and does not term inate the A greement or y our obligation to m ake payments as required
by the A greem ent.
6 . You agree to be bound by any rules y our financial institution requires for pre-authorized electronic funds transfer. You are
responsible for any fees y our financial institution may charge for these electronic pay ments.

Optim ization Services
Authorization for Battery Optimization Services
Sunrun may in the future include Optim ization Serv ices. Depending on w here y ou liv e and the Sy stem , y ou may qualify to participate in one
or more program s, including gov ernment technology rebates, performance incentiv es, utility demand response programs or other bill
management opportunities. In each of these future programs if feasible, w ith your v ehicle manufacturer’s consent, a portion of the energy
stored in y our v ehicle’s battery may be sent back into y our local electrical grid to improv e its efficiency and/or reliability . In exchange for
the permission to manage the Sy stem and participate in these programs, y ou w ill be compensated.
Sunrun may enroll the Sy stem in one or more programs if and w hen it becomes eligible to do so in y our location. Sunrun w ill fully control
and optim ize the Sy stem’s activ ities to generate incremental sav ings and v alue. This w ill not affect our obligations in y our customer
agreement, including any B rightbox Battery energy reserv ed for your backup pow er. Participation in O ptimization Serv ices w ill remain in
effect unless y ou opt out, w hich y ou can do by contacting Sunrun using the inform ation prov ided below .
Enrollm ent Process
F or the program s in w hich Sunrun enrolls or un-enrolls the Sy stem , Sunrun will notify y ou of 1 ) how y our Sy stem may be affected; 2 ) how
y ou w ill be com pensated; 3 ) the expected participation duration; 4 ) the program partners; and 5 ) any additional authorizations or adv anced
partnership Sunrun needs from y ou to participate.
Y our Authorizations and O bligations
a. You authorize Sunrun to act in the following capacities:
i. To act as y our sole Demand Response Prov ider, Energy Serv ices prov ider, or equiv alent agent, consultant or aggregation partner
for y our respectiv e utility and grid operator.
ii. To request and receiv e utility billing records, billing history (including tariff changes, surcharges, riders, etc.) and all meter usage
data used for bill calculation for all of y our serv ice account(s) associated w ith the Solar System, as specified herein, that may be
furnished by the Utility or other energy serv ice prov iders, for the duration of this agreement.
iii. Participation in utility demand response programs w ithout Sunrun may affect y our eligibility to participate in Sunrun B attery
optimization programs. In such cases, Sunrun w ill exercise sole discretion ov er which other utility programs y ou may participate
and assist in unenrolling y ou if necessary .
b. You agree to not use any of the following devices to generate electricity at your home or
participate in utility or grid operator demand response programs:
i. Portable or standby gas- or fuel-fired generator(s)
ii. Energy generation, control, or management dev ices (e.g., a ‘smart’ w ater heater) not approv ed and/or managed by Sunrun.

BATTERY INSTALLATION AMENDMENT
I, Kurt Schoppe, and Sunrun (together, the “Parties”) understand and agree that the A greement by and betw een the Parties for the
installation of a Solar Sy stem at my Home (the “A greement”) includes one or more batteries (the “B attery ”). B ecause the B attery component
of the Solar Sy stem may not be av ailable for installation concurrently w ith other Solar Sy stem components, w e agree that certain terms of
the A greem ent must be amended as follow s (the “A mendment”). Standardized terms not defined here shall hav e the same meaning as
defined in the A greement.
Op t i on t o p urchase : O ther than in connection w ith the sale of y our home, as set forth in the A greement, if the B attery A ctiv ation Date
(defined below ) occurs, y our first option to purchase date shall begin upon the fifth anniv ersary of the B attery A ctiv ation Date. A ll other
references to the Initial Term in the A greem ent shall remain the same.
Bat t ery i nst all at i on: Due to factors outside of the Parties’ control, the B attery may not be installed at the sam e time as the other
components of the Solar Sy stem . Sunrun shall use good faith efforts to install and connect the B attery w ith the rest of the Solar Sy stem
w ithin six m onths after the Solar System achiev es permission to operate. If Sunrun has not installed the B attery w ithin six m onths after the
date the Solar Sy stem achiev es permission to operate, y ou and Sunrun shall each hav e the right to cancel the B attery installation and any
related B attery obligations, including y our pay ment obligations (“Battery O bligations”). Should y ou choose to cancel the Battery O bligations,
please em ail us immediately at cancellations@sunrun.com. Please note that cancelling the Battery O bligations will not impact the remaining
obligations in y our original A greement
Bat t ery p ay m en t : You shall not be obligated to make any pay ments for the B attery until the B attery is fully integrated w ith the Solar

To advise Sunrun Inc. of your new e-mail address
To let us know of a change in your e-mail address where we should send notices and disclosures
electronically to you, you must send an email message to us at customercare@sunrun.com and in
the body of such request you must state: your previous e-mail address, your new e-mail
address. We do not require any other information from you to change your email address.
In addition, you must notify DocuSign, Inc. at 1-866-219-4318 to arrange for your new email
address to be reflected in your DocuSign account by following the process for changing e-mail in
the DocuSign system.
To request paper copies from Sunrun Inc.
To request delivery from us of paper copies of the notices and disclosures previously provided
by us to you electronically, you must contact us by (a) sending us an e-mail to
customercare@sunrun.com, (b) writing to us at Sunrun Inc, 45 Fremont Street, 32nd Floor, San
Francisco, CA 94105, or (c) calling us at 1-855-478-6786, and in connection with your request
you must state your e-mail address, full name, US Postal address, and telephone number.
To withdraw your consent with Sunrun Inc.
To inform us that you no longer want to receive future notices and disclosures in electronic
format you may:
i. decline to sign a document from within your DocuSign session, and on the subsequent
page, select the check-box indicating you wish to withdraw your consent, or you may;
ii. contact us by (a) sending us an email to customercare@sunrun.com, (b) writing to us
at Sunrun Inc., 45 Fremont Street, 32nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105, or (c) calling us
at 1-855-478-6786, and in connection with your request you must state your e-mail, full
name, US Postal Address, and telephone number. We do not need any other information
from you to withdraw consent.. The consequences of your withdrawing consent for
online documents will be that transactions may take a longer time to process..

communication made in electronic form will have the same legal effect and enforceability as if
made in non-electronic form.

other electronic notices and disclosures that we will provide to you, please verify that you were

This agreement and the consumer disclosure statement executed by the customer in conjunction
with and simultaneously with its review and acceptance of the terms set forth herein constitute
the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede
any prior understandings, agreements, or representations by or between the parties, written or
oral, to the extent they relate in any way to the subject matter hereof.
