The Project Site consists of 25.4 gross acres and 19.6 net vacant acres. The development proposal is to build mixed-use center that will include 15.47 acres of luxury residences and 3.56 acres of commercial space. The Vineyards will feature 260 residences with a elegant Spanish Style unit mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom luxury residences . This high-end residential residences community will feature state-of-the-art amenities, including a lavish clubhouse that will house a grand lobby, administrative offices, a community room, fitness center and business center. Four lushly landscaped, resort-style swimming pools, spas and cabanas will grace the common areas, which will also boast a basketball court and two tot lots. Charming courtyards will dot the community, which will feature a park at its center, complemented by a putting green, graceful fountains and a jogging trail. The community features a paseo and bike path that meanders through the community and brings the residents to the adjoining shopping center. The Vineyards' 41 ,000-square-feet commercial center will be a boon to the community, providing an attractive and convenient shopping center for neighborhood residents and guests of nearby hotels. Commercial tenants potentially include retailers, restaurants, drugstores, coffee shops and a fitness club. The residential portion of the Vineyards will consist of three building types ( A,B,C ) and nine floor-plan variations. All of the building types will be two stories high, and some residences will have a private garage.
