STAFF ANALYSIS:
Special Condition No. 9 of the Conditional Use Permit approval states
that the parking lot areas shall be screened from view by landscape
mounding and a minimum of 4 feet height or other acceptable alternative
as approved through the Design Review process. Thus, the Board in
• addition to determining acceptability of architectural plans should also
insure that the parking lot area will be adequately screened, through
the use of mounding and/or short walls. Should the Board feel these
plans are acceptable, Staff will forward the plans with your recommendation
to the Planning Commission.
