If building permits have not been issued as of this above date, an extension may be requested. BACKGROUND: The planning commission at its August 3, 1983, meeting approved the precise plan application as well as an adjustment to the required parking. ELEVATIONS: The two story building will be partially submerged with an overall height of 25 feet. The building will have a mission tile roof, texured plaster navajo white capped with terra cotta tile. LANDSCAPING: A three foot strip of landscaping is proposed around the perimeter of the building and around the transformer and trash enclosure. Considering that the parking area is totally covered by the upper floor, landscaping in the parking area has been kept to a minimum.
