ZONE: 01 S.P. BACKGROUND: May 22, 1984, the applicant was given approval in concept for the proposed shade structure. The commission requested that plans be submitted showing how the shade structure relates to the building and as it relates to how it is seen from Highway 111. In addition, commission suggested deletion of the proposed tile mansard and use of glu-lam beams along the entire fascia. IIi.SCf iSSIONe The applicant's architect has submitted elevations of the existing building with the proposed carports added. In addition, the plans for the carports have been revised to delete the tile mansard and now show flat -roofed structures with glu-lam beam fascias. RECOMMENDATION: That the commission review the revised plans for a shade structure at Plaza Del Sol, Case 221 C, and determine acceptability.
