RECOMMENDATION: That commission review the sign proposals as described above and determine the most acceptable proposal. Upon reviewing the submitted plans and the presentations by the staff and by the applicant, the architectural review commission moved to grant preliminary and final approval, subject to condition. In response to a question by the applicant, The commission indicated that a pink neon sign if done properly, could be acceptable.
