The pool suctions are 2,1/2" PVC for skimmer, spa
suctions and pool returns. The Spa jets and returns
are 2,1/2" PVS. No overhead electrical wires or
utilities/service. Pool safety barriers will be pool
alarms on all doors. Water/Splash alarms of each
type shall meet ASTM standard F220.8 A self-closing,
self latching device with a release mechanism placed
no lower than 54 inches above the floor on the
private single-family home's doors providing direct
access to the swimming pool or spa. Outdoor blue
bubble cover to accomidate energy efficency
standards.
The equipotential bonding grid shall be extending
under paved or unpaved areas.
