Dear Mr. Williams:
In the interest of avoiding a possible delay in receiving final inspection
approvals for completed dwelling units in Tract 5554 because the =mm
area improvements may not have been fully completed, please accept this
letter as evidence of IRONWOOD'S commitment to eorplete the landscaping,
irrigation, walkways, walls and other corm area improvements pertaining
to each dwelling unit within thirty days after final inspection approval
of each unit. Haaever, final inspection approval for the final unit will
not be granted until all oornon area improvements are completed.

A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA, ANNOUNCING FINDINGS AND APPROVING
DESIGN REVIEW BOARD ACTIONS OF AUGUST 24, 1976.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert, did
review the Design Review Board actions of August 24, 1976, approving:
Case No. 36C - Minor Commercial Addition for J. CABANYOG
Case No. 37MF - 12-Unit Apartment Complex for GLENN VENTLING
Case No. 46MF - 36-Unit Condominium Project at Ironwood Country
Club for SILVER SPUR ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, at this time, upon receiving and considering all testimony
and arguments, if any, of all persons who desired to be heard, said Commission
did find sufficient facts and reasons to exist to approve the Design Review
Board actions of August 24, 1976.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City
of Palm Desert as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct and constitute the
findings of the Commission in this case;
2. That it does hereby approve the Design Review Board actions of
August 24, 1976.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Palm Desert, held on the 31st day of August, 1976,
by the following vote, to wit:
