Case No. 101 C - PALM DESERT RACQUETBALL AND HEALTH CLUB, INC. - Revised preliminary plans for racquetball club on property located at the north- west corner of Highway 111 and Painters Path. Applicant was present. The applicant presented color samples of the proposed building. The Board indicated a desire for a darker tan color, which would blend closely with the mountain at the rear of the property. On a motion by Jackson, seconded by Barton, the Board approved the revised preliminary plans, subject to a revised final landscaping plan being sub- mitted to the Board for approval; carried 4-0 (Johnson, Jackson, Barton, Crump).
