STAFF RECOhBIENDATION:
The Staff believes the submitted elevations are not compatible with
the architectural theme predominant in Palm Desert, but would be more
appropriate in New Mexico or Southern Arizona. The -landscaping plan
will suffice as a preliminary landscaping plan, but is inadequate as
a final landscaping plan. More detail will have to be added. If the
Board is satisfied with the elevations, Staff would recommend approval
