I. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Klein called the meeting to order at 9:09 a.m.

III. CONSENT ITEMS
A. Approval of the Minutes of the El Paseo Parking & Business
Improvement District Meeting of June 18, 2020.
Rec: Approved
Mr. Klein asked the Board if there were any comments or corrections on
the minutes, Ms. Stauber noted two corrections needing to be made. Mr.
Klein asked for a motion to approve the Minutes from the June 18, 2020
Board Meeting with the two corrections. A motion was made by Stein and
seconded by Flaig-Moore to accept and approve. Motion passed with a
7-0-0 vote; with Stein, Goldberg, Klein, Campbell, Flaig-Moore, Fletcher
and Stauber voting in favor; none against; none absent.
IV. NEW BUSINESS
A. FY 20/21 Budget Discussion; presented by Stephanie Greene
Ms. Greene presented the proposed FY 20/21 budget with a total of
$192,000 (presentation attached). Discussion ensued and Mr. Klein asked
for a motion to approve the total budget with the note that the full
breakdown of all items discussed may be reallocated as needed. A motion
was made by Mr. Fletcher and seconded by Ms. Goldberg to approve.
Motion passed with a 7-0-0 vote; with Stein, Goldberg, Klein, Flaig-Moore,
Fletcher, Stauber and Campbell voting in favor; none against; Campbell
voted via text as she had to leave meeting early.
V. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
None
VI. REMARKS
A. City of Palm Desert.
None
B. Board Members.
Christine Stein, Leeds and Son — Noted that white posts and bike racks on
El Paseo have been removed by the City.
VII. NEXT MEETING:
Due to scheduling conflicts, Board Members asked that the next regular meeting

set for July 16, 2020 be adjourned to July 23, 2020 at 8 a.m.

With board member concurrence, the meeting was adjourned at 10:50 a.m.
