The insured stated that the card from the dept of public works and LA sanitation and environment was found on there vehicle. The loss occurred at their home address in Palm Desert, CA. We spoke with the supervisor on the card and he stated if the insured was in Palm Desert they would not service that area. So I guess without the info requested by the adjuster at Burrtec we cannot pursue. Hey Gloria, We filed a claim with Burrtec and they requested the driver info or vehicle plate # which we advised we did not have either. We explained all we had was a business card that was allegedly left on insured’s vehicle which is attached. He also stated the LA Sanitation and Environment would not be their responsibility so it appears we are kind of stuck. Do you have any recommendation on how we can proceed without the additional information? However, the City contracts with Burrtec Waste and Recycling Services for collection of solid waste. For your convenience, I contacted Burrtec and they explained the following: You may submit your claim to Burrtec by email to customerservice@burrtecdesert.com (Palm Desert Area) or complete a Service Order Form online at Burrtec - Service Order Form. https://www.burrtec.com/contact/#locations If you have additional questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.
