THIS PROJECT. REGISTERED, SIGNED, AND DATED COPIES OF THEAPPROPRIATE CF1R, CF2R, AND CF3R FORMS SHALL BE MADE
AVAILABLE AT NECESSARY INTERVALS FOR BUILDING INSPECTOR
REVIEW. FINAL COMPLETED FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THEBUILDING OWNER.
21. A LICENSED ENGINEER OR SURVEYOR SHALL STAKE THE
PROPERTY CORNERS OF THE SUBJECT LOT. AT THE TIME OF THE
UNDERGROUND PLUMBING INSPECTION, AND PRIOR TO CALLING
FOR ANY FOOTING INSPECTIONS FOR THESE PROJECTS, THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE STRING LINES ALONG THE
PROPERTY LINES ADJACENT TO THE PROPOSED WALL LINES OF
THE NEW CONSTRUCTION.
22. EACH GENERAL ENGINEERING CONTRACTOR, GENERALBUILDING CONTRACTOR, AND SWIMMING POOL CONTRACTOR
SHALL FURNISH THE CITY WITH A LIST OF EACH SUBCONTRACTOR
UNDER HIS CONTROL OR DIRECTION, AND EACH
SUBCONTRACTOR SHALL HAVE OBTAINED A BUSINESS LICENSE
BEFORE THE FINAL INSPECTION ON A BUILDING OR STRUCTURAL
SHALL BE GIVEN BY THE BUILDING AND SAFETY DEPARTMENT.

23. EXTERIOR LANDINGS: THERE SHALL BE A LANDING OR FLOOR
ON EACH SIDE OF EACH EXTERIOR DOOR. THE WIDTH OF EACH
LANDING SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN THE DOOR SERVED AND HAVEA MINIMUM OR 36-INCHES MEASURED IN THE DIRECTION OF
EXTERIOR LANDINGS SHALL BE PERMITTED TO HAVE A SLOPE
NOT TO EXCEED ¼-INCH PER FOOT. LANDINGS OR FINISHEDFLOORS SHALL NOT BE MORE THAN 1.5 INCHES LOWER THAN
THE TOP OF THE THRESHOLD FOR OUTWARD SWINGING
EXTERIOR DOORS OR 7.75” FOR DOORS THAT DO NOT SWING

14. ALL CONSTRUCTION AND DETAILS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
CITY OF PALM SPRINGS BUILDING CODE AND ITS ADOPTIONS, AND
WITH ALL OTHER APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL
ORDINANCES.
15. ANY/ALL LUMBER IN CONTACT WITH CONCRETE FLOOR OR
FOOTINGS SHALL BE F.G. REDWOOD OR PRESSURE TREATED .

QUALITY PER C.B.C. (CALIFORNIA BUILDING CODE)
