HomeMy WebLinkAboutSP/EA22-0002, PP22-0009, & TPM 38728 I I Y 0 P 0 [ M 0E5ER1 73-510 FRED WARING DRIVE PAI.M DESERT, CALIFORNIA 92260-2578 TEL: 760 346—o6i i info@cityofpalmdesert.org PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING NOTICE OF ACTION September 20, 2023 Mr. John Greenwood Prest Vuksic Greenwood Architects 44530 San Pablo Avenue, Suite 200 Palm Desert, California 92260 Dear Mr. Greenwood: Subject: Consideration to Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and a Specific Plan Amendment, Precise Plan, and Tentative Parcel Map to Develop a Medical Office Park The Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert considered your request and took the following action at its regular meeting on September 19, 2023: Waived further reading and adopted Planning Commission Resolution Nos. 2832 and 2833: 1) Recommending the City Council adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Reporting Program approve Specific Plan Amendment(SP) 22- 0002, and 2) Recommending the City Council approve Precise Plan (PP) 22-0009, and Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) 38728 to develop a phased 114,700-square-foot medical office park and related on-site and off-site improvements and subdivide a 10.47-acre property located at the southwest corner of Gerald Ford Drive and Technology Drive. The motion carried by a 3-0 vote, with Chair Pradetto ABSENT and Commissioner Greenwood RECUSED. Enclosed for your records is a fully executed copy of Resolution Nos. 2832 and 2833. Any appeal of the above action may be made in writing to the City Clerk, City of Palm Desert, within 15 days of the date of the decision.
