I pulled out while a car was stopped going east. As I pulled off moon heading west onto haystack, the see saw (structure with stop sign) was in my lane. I hit it hard. Had no idea it was there. 4 of 4 email Shows haystack and moon. After accident. Coming back and headed east. No turn lane to put stop sign. View of stop sign further west on haystack. Sooo low.
