Contractor to provide an irrigation schedule for this site, taking into consideration, wind, soil type, temperature and plant water use. Contractor shall then program
the controller to produce the scheduled water rates for each day, week, and month. Contractor shall then observe the condition of the plants and adjust the
schedule as needed to assure that the plants are not over or under irrigated.
