If there was no construction, did the city receive any reports of construction debris on Parkview Ave prior to 12-05-2023? No. 4. Please provide any other information the city may have. I spoke with the claimant the day after the accident. She observed no construction trucks or equipment. She mentioned that she may have hit the orange and white barriers that delineate the CV Link path. There are also glue-down delineators that separate the lanes at the intersection of Parkview and Monterey Avenue. These may have been mistaken for construction traffic control.
