• If you move,you may transfer this Lease to the purchaser of your Home,as specified in the Lease.
• If you move,you may purchase the System from Us for an amount equal to the System's Fair Market Value, plus any other amounts that are
specified in the Lease.
What are your choices at the end of the term?
• You may request Us to have the System removed at no additional cost to you.
• You may renew the Lease,as specified in the Lease.
• Otherwise, the Lease will automatically renew and continue on a year-to-year basis, unless We notify you that We will remove the System at
the end of the term.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF ARBITRATION
understand that this Lease contains an agreement to arbitrate. After signing this Lease, I understand that I will
not be able to bring a lawsuit concerning any dispute that may arise which is covered by the arbitration
provision, unless it involves a question of constitutional or civil rights. Instead, I agree to submit any such
dispute to an impartial arbitrator.
