3.Statement of Work and Description of System
The Solar Energy System (“System”) that is described in this contract will be installed by the Contractor at the
Project Residence that is described in Section 1. All work by Contractor under this contract is sometimes
referred to as the “Project.”
The System will be located at the Project Residence and installed pursuant to the Proposal/Drawings,
incorporated herein by reference, which Owner(s) acknowledge(s) they have reviewed, signed and approved.
Contractor will provide all labor and materials necessary for the installation of the System in accordance with
this section below and will secure and pay for all required building permits. Contractor will be responsible for
filing rebate and incentive forms with agencies on Owner’s behalf, where applicable.
