Christian Lopez who was on duty at the time of the collision. The City contracts with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department (Contract No. C38780). 2. Verify the correct City personnel for signing a Declaration of Non- ownership? I can sign a declaration of non-ownership. I will be out of the office 3/6 – 3/12.
