In the same email is another email to Crosstown who was notified of the incident. 2. Is the sign city owned? No. 3. When was the city notified? Friday, April 5, 2024. 4. Is this sign in city jurisdiction? Yes. 5. If not in city jurisdiction who can sign a declaration? Not Applicable. Additionally, Capital Projects Manager Ryan Gayler believes to have seen a picture that showed a Crosstown sign with its legs sticking into the travel lane. Therefore, likely that the sign that caused the damage at Fred Waring and Monterey is owned by Crosstown who is doing work (Permit No. ENCR23-0035) for Coachella Valley Association of Governments (CVAG) for their CV Sync Project. We received a couple reports of damage from blowing signs on Friday. GSI was not at this intersection. It was actually Crosstown Data responsible for the traƯic control at Fred Waring and Monterey.
